Our yoga retreat day starts at 09.30, expect to be stretched, completely relaxed, fed a beautiful healthy lunch and to laugh and leave at around 15:00 in a total state of Zen tranquility! I partner with different qualified yoga experts to create a bespoke day for up to six people.
